Overview<\/span><h2 class=\"p-h2\">OLMAS Corrugator \u2014 Confirmed & Available Data<\/h2><p class=\"p-lead\">The OLMAS corrugator is a robust, industrial-grade forming unit designed for the production of single-wall corrugated pipes used in electrical conduit, drainage, agricultural, and cable protection applications. OLMAS Srl, headquartered in Carate Brianza (MB), Italy, has been manufacturing corrugator systems for over 40 years and is one of Europe's most established specialists in corrugated pipe extrusion equipment.<\/p><p class=\"p-body\">This unit is equipped with a full set of steel mould blocks covering a range of diameters from approximately 10 mm to 50 mm. The machine frame is finished in blue with grey panels, typical of OLMAS production from the 2000s. Key visible components include pneumatic ejector cylinders, linear guide rails with pneumatic actuators, automatic lubrication (CMV unit \u2014 confirmed on photographs), air\/water FRL units (SMC brand), and a dedicated on-machine electrical junction box.<\/p><p class=\"p-body\">The mould block circuit is of the classic horizontal chain-type design, with blocks travelling forward through the forming zone and returning underneath the machine frame.
